Growing naturally in moist areas, we foraged this water mint in our home region of northern Virginia. Use it to replace regular mint in any of your favorite recipes or beverages... water mint mojitos anyone? Ingredients
½ cup of yogurt
1 Tbsp of finely chopped water mint
1 Tbsp of finely chopped dill
1 tsp of lime juice
1 tsp of lime zest
2-3 tsp of EVOO
1 tsp of honey
Salt to taste
Method
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season with salt as desired.
